- Update your Record:
If you have not done so already this year,
please click on "Update
Record" here or in the menu above
and check/update your information. Even if
all your data there is already correct, you
must click the "Update"
button in that screen, to let us
know that you have checked everything and
that it is still correct. If you receive any
error messages at that point, please correct
those fields that have self-explanatory error
messages next to them in red.
- If you have forgotten your username or password,
click on "Forgot
username or password" here or in
the menu above.
- If you were expecting email from the NEC Preparatory
School and you have not yet received any:
- Check your "SPAM" or "Junk
Mail" folder.
- Make sure you add "info@necprepauditions.com"
to your contact list so that future
messages from the NEC Preparatory
School system do not get routed into
your "SPAM" or "Junk
Mail" folder.
- Make sure that the email addresses
that you gave to us are correct and
active email addresses. You can check
and update your email addresses, if
necessary, by clicking on "Update
Email " here or in the menu
above.
- If you would like to change your password
at any time, click on "Change
password" here or in the menu above.
